15 Days
Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at Nairobi Airport where you are met by our representative and transferred to the Stanley Hotel for overnight on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve
After breakfast, drive north to reach Samburu National Reserve in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive introduces you to the animals peculiar to this area: blue-necked Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx and Grevy's zebra. Overnight at a) Ashnil Samburu Camp or b) Samburu Sopa Lodge on full board basis.
Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve
Spend the day exploring this harsh and beautiful reserve, rife with game. Overnight at a)Ashnil Samburu Camp or b) Samburu Sopa Lodge on full board basis.
Day 4: Sweetwaters
Continue south towards the Aberdares and the flanks of Mt Kenya to arrive in time for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. The camp is gatherede around a a waterhole. Each tent has itsown private bathroom, with 24hrs hot showers, luxury canvas interiors, hardwood floors and protected by a thatched roof. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the private game reserve, also renowned for its chimp sanctuary. Overnight a) & b) at Sweetwaters Tented Camp on full board basis.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru
Leave after breakfast and drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru where birds are plentiful. Many species of game can also be observed, such as the elusive leopard or the recently introduced Rothschild's giraffe. Lunch and overnight a) &b) at Lake Nakuru Lodge on full board basis.
Day 6: Masai Mara
After breakfast continue on to the Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game gets you acquainted with the outstanding wildlife population of the famous reserve. Overnight a) & b) at Mara Ashnil Camp on full board basis.
Day 7: Masai Mara
Spend the day game viewing in Masai Mara one of the best places in Africa to track lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo and many species of antelope. Overnight at Mara Ashnil Camp on full board basis.
Day 8: Masai Mara - Serengeti
Morning departure to Tanzania by road via the Isabenia border. Lunch en route to Musoma where you aMorning departure to Tanzania by road via the Isabenia border. Lunch en route to Musoma where you are met at the Tembo Beach Hotel where you will be helped aboard your boat which will take you to Lukuba Island Lodge (an hour away), set on a secluded, soft sandy baeach on the western side of the lake.The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings and relax on the shores of the second largest fresh water lake in the world.

Day 9: Lake Victoria
Spend the day on Lukuba Island with activities including kayaking on the lake, escorted walks, hiking the sunset rocks, boat trip around the island. Lukuba has countless species of birds, which flock to its granite boulders, fish eagls and snowy egrets float over the water ripples, as Niles monitors can be seen and spotted neck otters swim up to the rocks to sun themselves. Enormous fig and mahogany trees create a lush canopy, which not only filter the equatorial light but is home to countless vervet monkeys and re/blue agama lizards. This is a nature lover’s paradise! Alternatively, spend the day on the lake shores and enjoy a 1 and half hour boat ride on the lake. You may also opt to visit local communities. Days 10 & 11: Serengeti N.Park
After breakfast, drive into the Serengeti National Park where you will spend the next two nights. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives within the vast plains of the Serengeti. Witness the immensity of the park and the amazing number of hoofed animals (zebra, wildebeest, antelopes…) as well as the predators it shelters, during another exciting afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnights at a)Mbuzi Mawe Camp or b) Serengeti Serena Lodge on full board basis.
Day 12: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti. After lunch, drive to the Ngorongoro area via Olduvai Gorge where remains of prehistoric inhabitants were unearthed. A picnic lunch will be served. Afterwards, descend into the crater for a half day drive at the bottom of this collapsed volcano, where a variety of habitats shelter an amazing array of wildlife, surrounded by spectacular scenery. Overnight a)&b) at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge on full board basis.
Day 13: Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, continue to Arusha and through the Namanga border to pass police formalities before heading back to Kenya and Amboseli National Park with a picnic lunch en route. An afternoon game drive introduces you to the flat plains of Amboseli, with the majestic Kilimanjaro Mountain towering in the distance. The park supports a wide variety of wildlife and is home to the Masai tribe. Overnight a)at Kilima Safari Camp or b) Amboseli Serena Lodge on full board basis. (BLD)
Day 14: Amboseli N.P
Spend the day in the park on a morning and afternoon game drives. The park is an international biosphere reserve, featuring the dried out lake bed of prehistoric Lake Amboseli, rolling savannahs and lush green swamps. The plains offer numerous antelopes, spotted hyenas, jackals, warthogs, baboons, as well as elephants and the chance to spot lion, leopard or cheetah. Overnight at a) Kilima Tented Camp or b), Amboseli Serena Lodge on full board basis.
Day 15: Amboseli- Nairobi
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi. Enjoy an exotic lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant where all kinds of game meats can be tasted. Afterward you will be transferred to the international airport for your flight home. In case of a late evening flight, an optional day room can be reserved for you to freshen up before heading to the airport. (BL)
